4. Handle All Walk-ins Professionally

  • Greet

  • Understand need

  • Show labs

  • Explain course path

  • Convert to demo or admission


5. End-of-Day Reporting

  • WhatsApp or CRM

  • Transparent and accurate


6. Achieve Monthly Admission Targets

Target example:

  • 10–12 admissions per month (customize as needed)


7. Schedule 1–2 Demo Classes Daily

  • Increase demo = Increase admissions


8. Send WhatsApp Follow-up Messages
